Stormy weather and sinking ships

I was justified when I was five
Raising cane, I spit in your eye
Times are changing, now the poor get fat
But the fever's gonna catch you when the bitch gets back

Eat meat on Friday that's alright
Even like steak on a Saturday night
I can bitch the best at your social do's
I get high in the evening sniffing pots of glue

I'm a bitch, I'm a bitch
Oh the bitch is back
Stone cold sober as a matter of fact
I can bitch, I can bitch
`Cause I'm better than you
It's the way that I move
The things that I do

I entertain by picking brains
Sell my soul by dropping names
I don't like those, my God, what's that
Oh it's full of nasty habits when the bitch gets back

-Elton John, The bitch is back

Stormy days, sleepless hellish nights. I think MotherNature is really pissed and is hinting everyone about it. Only a few of us seem to know what she’s up to… Whatever.

The island keeps on being a bad movie with even worst direction. Now the head of Tourism seems to wear “gríngolas” because last night she said that the world has not been impacted by the problems here, that tourism is ok… Hah! It is so ok, that to prove her how things are people of the Teacher’s Federation posted themselves in front of cruises in SJ not allowing tourists out of the cruise, so the whole world would know what is going on here… Talk about stressing a point… the stupid way… The whole world already knows what is going on here. That’s why the Paradores and hotels have been receiving cancellations by the hour. There are many other stops in the Caribbean that are more attractive right now… If you want peace and quiet why would you come here?

And nothing is happening… The images speak for themselves. One thing is passion for a cause, another is stupid clueless passion for the cause of two people, not the commonwealth. Let then kill themselves if they dare, in international tv if they can… so the whole world sees what this island has become, an island ruled by creatures that have proven to be lesser than animals.

There are many stirs in the horizon… The current chaotic ambience blinds people to Mother Nature’s sights… Beware. A nice earthquake may become quite possible any moment, especially with the increased heat… A hurricane can devastate us thanks to the now common practice of destroying mountains to create roads. Mountains protected us, now there is no barrier that keeps the towns safe along the coast. Hotels and houses built over the seashore will experience the waves in a whole new way… It is a matter of months, really… Political clowns are just the beginning of the end. Lovely fate.

Groundel is in finals. He’s got tests the whole week long. Still no water and definitively no light at his place. And now with this whole situation finding a job will be almost futile. Another lovely issue… Well, in lighter themes, Lucinda’s kids are obsessed with him. His fault for being an easy E/C.

Sinking ship for all of us. And the ship includes work and family. People are unbelievable these days… At work no way to climb the corporate ladder. At home family won’t acknowledge that one is actually a grown up, not a 15 year old kid. It is a bit comforting knowing that Coriolis is going through the same thing. Seems that it is the curse of the half-breeds…

Will try finding the parts that the mechanic needs to fix my car. Gotta have them all to go see him on Monday. I hope that Ravy doesn’t come up with any surprises… As it is, the whole paycheck will be for her operations. She’s been a good girl so far, and I’ve mistreated her much, a little pampering is in order.

Trying to put everything together so I have nothing left waiting for my return from vacations… Got many things to do… too little time…

10-4
